Thompson Centres is a privately-held real estate company developing and operating retail Centres primarily in Ontario and Atlantic Canada for its national tenants.
Lou Meandro
Lou brings to Thompson over 25 years of leasing and development management experience in the Canadian Real Estate Market. Lou has held senior positions with several prominent real estate development companies including Cadillac Fairview, Cambridge Shopping Centres, Markborough Properties and Kolter Property Company. Lou is a graduate of the M.B.A. Finance and Real Property Development program at Schulich School of Business, York University. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree (B. Com.) from the University of Toronto.
Stephanie Hill
Thompson’s project management, development management and tenant coordination is handled by Stephanie Hill. Stephanie is an honors graduate from Queen’s University with a focus in Urban Planning. Stephanie brings over 7 years of retail real estate experience to Thompson Centres.
Sharon Ellis
Thompson’s property management is handled by Sharon Ellis. Sharon has previously worked as a senior executive at start-ups, SMB’s and Fortune 500 companies. She holds a BSc (Hons) and Post Grad qualifications in marketing.

Eric Meandro
Thompson’s finance and acquisitions is handled by Eric Meandro. He is an Investor in Thompson’s Owen Sound and St. John’s Centres, acting as a principal in future acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree (B. Com.) with Internship from McMaster University.

Tom Meandro
Thompson’s administration is handled by Tom Meandro. He is an investor in St. John’s acting as a principal in future acquisitions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Economics from Queen’s University.
David Fogolin
Thompson’s construction is managed by Dave Fogolin, B. Tech. (Ryerson University). Dave brings over 35 years of experience in project management, cost estimating, and construction oversight to Thompson Centres.
